Five live working sessions for people who want to start at the beginning and use AI well in everyday work.
Many people have opened ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and still do not know where to begin.
Which tool should you use? What information should you share? How do you ask for a useful answer? When should you trust the result? How do you avoid starting again from a blank chat every time?
This series answers those questions in order. You learn the basic controls, practise with real tasks, and leave with a small set of reliable ways to use AI in your work and daily life.
These workshops are for you if
Each session starts with a clear task and ends with something you can use again. You work on your own examples during the session. Recordings are included, so you can catch up if you miss one.
Create and configure the accounts you need. Learn how to move around the main tools, choose the right mode, manage settings, and understand what each permission allows.
We also cover what not to upload, how chat history works, and where privacy settings matter.
you leave withA configured AI workspace and a simple privacy and permissions checklist.
Learn how to give AI a clear goal, enough context, a useful example, and limits it must follow. Practise follow-up questions and learn how to improve a weak answer without starting again.
You also learn how to check claims, spot missing information, and decide when a person needs to review the result.
you leave withA reusable prompt structure and a personal context note for common tasks.
Use AI to summarize, compare, organize, and explain information from documents, PDFs, web pages, notes, and spreadsheets.
Learn how to request sources, check important facts, and keep sensitive information out of the wrong tools.
you leave withOne repeatable document or research workflow built around your own files.
Apply the basics to tasks you already do: emails, meeting preparation, plans, summaries, first drafts, decisions, and routine admin.
Learn how to save useful instructions and examples so the next task starts with the right context.
you leave withTwo repeatable workflows for tasks you handle each week.
Turn one repeated task into a reusable AI helper. Give it a clear job, the context it needs, step-by-step instructions, and a check before the final answer.
This is not a coding session. You build the helper inside an AI tool and test it against real examples.
you leave withOne working AI helper and a 30-day plan for using and improving it.

The principles work across platforms. We use the right tool for each task and explain why.
“Before the workshop I had basic comfort with AI. I knew I could use it but hadn't unlocked the full potential. Now, I feel a lot more confident in using AI to accelerate my skills and learning.”
The practical details people usually ask before reserving a seat.
Yes. The series starts with account setup, navigation, settings, permissions, and your first useful prompts. We do not assume prior experience.
No. The whole series is designed for non-technical beginners. Session 5 uses the features inside an AI tool to create a reusable helper without writing code.
Five live online working sessions. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Bring a laptop and follow along with your own examples.
The dates are September 7 and 14, then October 5, 12, and 19, 2026, after a break for Sukkot.
Every session is recorded for registered participants. You can use the recording to catch up before the next session.
We send a short setup guide before the first session. It explains which account to create and which settings to check. You do not need several paid accounts.
You will know how to set up and navigate the main AI tools, ask for useful answers, work with files, check important claims, reuse good instructions, and run one AI helper for a repeated task.
We explain what not to upload, how permissions and chat history work, and when important output needs a human check. You leave with a checklist you can use after the series.
The cohort is limited to 30 people so everyone has time to follow the exercises and ask for help.
Yes. An optional 1:1 consultation with a Vectis founder is available after the series.
