Terms of Service & Workshop Purchase

1. General

These terms govern use of the Vectis website and purchase of Vectis live workshops. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms. This English version is authoritative for this site.

2. Eligibility (age 18+)

Purchases on this site are limited to individuals aged 18 and over.

A purchaser under 18 may participate only with written consent and payment from a parent or legal guardian. The person completing the purchase represents that they are authorised to do so.

4. Service description & pricing

The workshops are educational training in AI-native marketing. Live online workshops (Zoom), 90 minutes per session.

Workshop pricing is shown on the registration page. Purchasing all five sessions includes a series discount (one session free). Optional add-ons (sixth session, 1:1 coaching) are priced separately.

5. Digital service delivery

Service delivery: meeting link, prep materials, and schedule details by email.

Registration confirmation and access details are sent by email within one business day of payment.

No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated. A stable internet connection and a device compatible with the meeting platform are required.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Under Israeli Consumer Protection Law: up to 14 days from a remote sale, subject to notice of at least 2 business days before the live workshop date. Maximum cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower.

To cancel, send written notice to create@vectisbuild.coor use the Cancellation page. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, minus any lawful cancellation fee.

Live workshops are classified as one-time services. Recorded content or full digital access delivered before the event may be subject to legal exceptions; details will be disclosed before purchase where applicable.

7. Rescheduling / cancellation by us

We may postpone or cancel a workshop due to force majeure, severe technical failure, or facilitator illness. In that case we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Intellectual property

Workshop materials (slides, exercises, recordings if provided) are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, sell, or reproduce them without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided for professional learning and enrichment. Workshop participation does not constitute legal, accounting, or financial advice.Davis Adam Howard does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant workshop, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Payment is processed through a licensed payment provider. Card details are not stored on our servers. Tax invoices or receipts are issued as required by law.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

Laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction: Competent courts in the Tel Aviv district. Consumer rights under Israeli Consumer Protection Law cannot be waived.

13. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version will be published on this site with an updated date. Purchasing after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
